Azul enlists Aviareps as sales agent in Nordics

Brazil-based airline seeks to broaden sales outreach

Brazil-based airline Azul has appointed Aviareps its general sales agent (GSA) representative in Sweden, Denmark and Finland with immediate effect.

The appointment was made as the airline seeks to broaden its brand and sales outreach among travellers and travel industry leaders around the world. As part of the representation, Aviareps will act as sales agent for the airline, responsible for its sales and marketing activities within each of the three markets.

Founded in 2008, Azul is a relatively new low-cost carrier that has established itself as the third biggest airline in Brazil with a market share of nearly 18%. It flies to 105 destinations with an operating fleet of 145 aircraft.
