BA reveals A380 and Boeing 787 deliveries

British Airways to enact renewal of long-haul fleet

British Airways has revealed the delivery schedules for the first aircraft in its new long-haul fleet. The first of the airline’s 12 Airbus A380s will arrive in the UK on July 4, the second in September, and its first two Boeing 787s (out of 42 on order) will arrive at the slightly earlier dates of June 26 and 27.
No destinations or inaugural flight dates have yet been announced for the 787s, but tickets for the A380’s flights to Los Angeles (from October 15) and Hong Kong (from November 15) are now on sale, although the A380 inaugural dates have not been announced.
BA will also take delivery of six Boeing 777-300ERs over the coming four years.
