Change in top management at SAS

VP HR and communication leaves for Danske Bank

SAS has revealed that Henriette Fenger Ellekrog, the airline’s executive vice president for human resources and communication will leave in October. She is leaving to take up a position as head of human resources at Danske Bank.

She ends her employment in SAS after seven years and the airline has initiated the process to find a replacement.

“I regret that Henriette Fenger Ellekrog has chosen to resign in SAS,” says CEO Rickard Gustafson. “Her contribution to and effort in the great transformation that SAS has gone through the past few years have been significant and I wish her all the best in the future.”

Ellekrog commented: “There is never an optimal time to leave a company and it has been a very difficult decision to say goodbye to SAS. But after seven years in the same position I am tempted by the opportunity to contribute to the change process that Danske Bank is facing.”
