Couple accused of sex in seats on flight

Cabin crew and passengers ask couple to stop

Passengers on a short-haul flight with Allegiant Air from Medford, Oregon, to Las Vegas were disgusted when a couple allegedly performed sex acts in their seats. The pair now face indecency charges and jail time.

Witnesses said that a woman gave oral sex on her partner shortly after take-off, and a second time after food and drinks had been served.

Passengers seated close to the couple reported them to cabin crew, who told the pair to stop on both occasions. One traveller on the 90-minute journey told a flight attendant: “This is not the sex education I wanted to give my teenage sons.”

The incident occurred in June and is now being heard in court. The couple face up to 90 days in jail, a $500 fine, or both.
