Demand pushes Norwegian to raise Palma flights

More summer flights between Nordics and Mallorca
After a sharp increase in demand, Norwegian says it is expanding the number of flights between the Nordics and Palma de Mallorca.
Daily departures between Stockholm, Copenhagen and Oslo and Palma will increase during the summer, while Gothenburg-Palma will get an extended season plus more departures.
Spain is seeing strong summertime leisure demand from northern Europe due to the decline of Turkey and Egypt, with capacity increasing by 20% compared to last year.
“Spain is an important and rapidly growing market for Norwegian,” says Thomas Ramdahl, Norwegian’s commercial director. “Palma is a popular destination and we look forward to offering Scandinavians even more departures to choose from, giving travellers greater flexibility, especially during the summer months.”
The extended lines during the summer months: Stockholm-Palma: seven flights a week from June 4 and eight a week from June 19 to August 13; Gothenburg-Palma: one flight a week from June 4 and four flights a week from June 19 to August 13; Copenhagen-Palma: three flights a week from June 2; Oslo-Palma: three flights a week from June 1.
