Disney World raises ticket prices to $99 each

It costs to get into Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom

The cost of getting into Walt Disney World’s Magic Kingdom is now even more expensive. The one-day ticket price to the Magic Kingdom has increased by $4 to $99 before taxes for visitors over the age of nine.

One-day tickets for other parks at the resort – Animal Kingdom, Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot – are also up by $4, so that it now costs $94 for entry to them for visitors aged over nine.

For children aged nine and under, the cost is $93 for the Magic Kingdom and $88 for the other parks.

The pricing reflects the quality of the parks, Disney spokeswoman Kim Prunty explained, adding that most guests buy cheaper multi-day tickets.
