Our company is blooming; we are expanding and thereby looking for new colleagues for both our GROUP, MICE and FIT department for our head office in Copenhagen where a team of 45 colleagues are waiting to share their passion and knowledge with you.
We are seeking qualified candidates to apply for the positions as:

Operations Assistants / Sales & Operations Executives for our Group, MICE – & FIT departments:

Your profile:

  • Fluent in English, both in writing and orally as well as in Spanish, Portuguese, Italian or French, if you master 3 of the mentioned languages it is a plus
  • Danish is not a must
  • Excellent communication skills and diplomatic attitude
  • Flexible and yet structured and organized
  • Able to ensure quality in all areas of the delivery
  • Advanced IT skills – Excel, Word, Power Point. If you have knowledge of Nitro it is a plus
  • At least 1 year’s relevant trade experience from incoming / DMC
  • Great with numbers
  • Disciplined & organized
  • Team player
  • Self-starter with social intelligence
  • Good at multitasking and keeping the overview
  • Ability to keep the good mood when the pressure is on and deadlines are close
  • Good knowledge of the Nordic Countries
