Estonian Air carries 16.4% more passengers

Especially strong growth has been seen since June
Estonian national airline Estonian Air says it carried exactly 62,355 passengers in August, or 16.4% more than August 2014.
The growth rate is on the rise. For the first eight months the airline saw 404,109 passengers, an increase of around 10%. Especially strong growth has been seen since June, chief commercial officer Indrek Randveer said.
“We saw very strong demand on our seasonal routes, like Nice, Split, Munich, Vienna, Berlin, Milan and Paris,” he added.
Estonian Air operated 8,094 flights in the January-August period, 13% more than the same period last year.
