Hotel dedicated to gin to open in London

New hotel to cater to gin lovers: Gin, sleep, repeat
A hotel dedicated to the art of gin is due to open in London in mid-December. The Distillery will feature just three boutique guest rooms – and four floors dedicated to gin.
“Guests can enjoy a considered selection of international spirits that have been aged in hand-built barrels suspended above the bar from which they will be directly served,” a hotel spokesperson explains about the Resting Room on the ground floor.
“Due to the spirit’s ongoing ageing process within the barrel, no two drinks will be the same.”
The next floor up will have the GinTonica bar and restaurant, where visitors can enjoy G&Ts garnished with orange, lavender and cocoa nibs. Next there is a gin museum, a shop and the Ginstitute, where you can make your own gin.
On the top floor there’s a private dining room and also the guest rooms, overlooking Portobello Road, priced from £125 (€147) per room per night.
