Iberia strike: six days in December

Strikes settled for December 14 and 17 to 21

Employees of the Spanish airline Iberia have agreed on six days of strikes during the December holiday season in protest against massive layoffs, sources in the trade unions say. The strikes are reported to have been settled on December 14 and in the period between December 17 and 21.
Iberia is part of International Airlines Group, which said earlier this month that it would reduce the airline’s staff by about a quarter, while cutting capacity as part of a restructuring program aimed at increasing competitiveness.
