ITB Asia 2012 gets revamped layout

Show has completely sold out five months ahead

Messe Berlin (Singapore), the organiser of ITB Asia, says that it has revamped the layout for this year’s show to help visitors navigate the event with greater ease while increasing exposure for exhibitors. The show has already completely sold out following the closure of exhibitor applications in May, five months ahead of the event.
“We increased capacity by 20% after a record performance in 2011 and […] we’ve not only filled the venue but there’s already a waiting list of companies still interested in participating this year,” said Nino Gruettke, ITB Asia’s executive director. “We’ve also decided to give the show a refreshed look. […] There will be a new central walkway, which will enable visitors to navigate the different exhibiting regions with ease and exhibitors can also expect maximum exposure with the new layout.”
Now in its fifth year, ITB Asia 2012 will be held on October 17-19 at The Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. South America and Southern Africa are two of the regions with a growing presence at ITB Asia 2012.
