Travel expo to take place at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore

The organisers of ITB Asia have announced that this year’s show will take place at The Sands Expo and Convention Centre at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore. The dates are October 17-19. The exhibition’s organisers, Messe Berlin (Singapore), explained that Suntec Singapore, ITB Asia’s home for the past four years, is undergoing major refurbishment. The show will return there in 2013.
Exhibition floor space at ITB Asia 2012 will increase by about 15% on last year, when the show attracted over 7,500 trade visitors representing more than 90 countries, 50% more compared to 2010.
