Jetski crash kills Americans in Copenhagen

Jetskiing, water skiing and windsurfing are illegal in the harbour
Two female Americans studying in Denmark were killed at the weekend when their jetskis collided with their boat in Copenhagen Harbour.
Jetskiing, water skiing and windsurfing are all illegal in the harbour and police have made a number of arrests in connection with the accident.
Both young women were students at DIS – Study Abroad in Scandinavia and were celebrating the end of their spring semester before returning home. They are understood to be from Pomona College in California and Stonehill College, Massachusetts.
Six others were injured in the collision, which happened near Langebro Bridge. GoBoat is reported to be the rental company the party of DIS students hired the vessel from.
