Monster yacht to stop Copenhagen flights

Russian billionaire’s yacht has masts 90 metres high
Air traffic at Copenhagen Airport will be affected because a new yacht belonging to a Russian billionaire, with masts that are 90 metres high, is too tall to pass under Øresund Bridge.
Due for delivery in early 2017, Sailing Yacht A will sail to billionaire Andrey Melnichenko from a shipyard in Germany.
As part of the journey, the world’s largest mega-yacht will sail through the Drogden channel – the waters between the city of Copenhagen and Saltholm Island – close to the airport. The Nordic hub will be notified 30 minutes before it arrives.
Belarusian-born industrialist Melnichenko has an estimated wealth of more than $10 billion.
