Decision follows similar news from Crystal Cruises
MSC Cruises says it is suspending calls at Turkish ports until further notice because of “growing concerns” from guests. The decision is in place until further notice.
MSC Magnifica, which is based out of Venice from March 26, will call at Athens and Mykonos instead of Istanbul and Izmir.
The announcement comes after Crystal Cruises also cancelled port calls in Turkey, citing “ongoing security concerns”.
