New future-telling study for meetings industry

IMEX in Frankfurt announces “Power of 10” research study

The future of the meetings industry is about to be told. IMEX Group has announced its intention to undertake a major new research study on the future of the meetings industry to commemorate the 10th anniversary of its IMEX in Frankfurt trade show in 2012. The new study will be conducted by Fast Future Research, which also runs the Convention 2020 study on the future of business events.
Titled “The Power of 10”, the new study will seek opinions from individually selected business leaders inside and outside the meetings industry to help shed new light on what the next 10 years might hold in store. It will also look back over the last decade to capture the most important events and changes that have had the greatest impact on the industry and the professionals working in it. The aim is to give a positive perspective on how the industry can evolve and fulfil its strategic potential over the next decade.
