New Norwegian summer route for Danes

Airline to open route from Copenhagen to Lefkada, Greece
Norwegian has opened a new route from Copenhagen to the island of Lefkada in Greece and is increasing the number of frequencies for Danish travellers to other summer destinations.
The first flight to Lefkada, otherwise known as Lefkas, is on June 20 and the route will be a once-weekly departure.
“We again expand our route network from Copenhagen to please our Danish travellers who now have even more options for getting cheaply and comfortably to exciting destinations,” claimed Norwegian’s commercial director, Thomas Ramdahl.
“Lefkas is a charming island that offers its visitors amazing experiences and we have great faith that the route will be a success. We look forward to welcoming our Danish summer holiday travellers on board.”
Norwegian is also upping frequencies to Varna in Bulgaria, from one to two weekly flights and will fly twice daily to Mallorca and three times daily to Barcelona. Other destinations where the airline is increasing the number of departures are Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tenerife, Amsterdam and Split.
