Ukraine International to launch scheduled services in 2018
The national flag carrier of Ukraine says it will launch non-stop scheduled flights between the Danish and Ukrainian capitals next April.
Ukraine International Airlines’ flights will be operated from April 25 on a Boeing 737-800 aircraft with two-class cabin configuration, six times per week. There will be nine weekly services between Copenhagen and Kiev.
Copenhagen-Kiev is “scheduled to provide optimal connections with UIA domestic services from/to Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi, Zaporizhzhya, and Kherson”, the airline says, as well as offer convenient transit between Europe and Asia.
“UIA keeps enhancing its route network and developing a hub at Kiev Boryspil International Airport,” commented Evgeniya Satska, corporate press secretary.
“Taking advantage of the UIA scheduled services between Copenhagen and Kiev, our clients may either discover the capital and the cities of Ukraine or travel beyond and reach a variety of destinations in Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East.”
Privately owned Ukraine International Airlines was founded in 1992 and connects Ukraine with more than 80 cities in Europe, Asia, America, Africa, the Middle East and the CIS.
