Noma plans pop-up in Copenhagen

Under the Bridge eatery to have a “simple” menu
Denmark’s most famous restaurant, Noma, has opened and closed temporary restaurants in exotic locations like Australia, Japan and, earlier this year, in Tulum, Mexico. Now it’s planning to pop up on home territory.
Noma’s new adventure is called Under the Bridge, due to open on July 19. It will be an “outdoor, family style, open fire restaurant” underneath Knippelsbro Bridge.
Organised by sous chefs and managers not involved in developing a Noma reboot scheduled to open in December, Under the Bridge will have a “simple” menu, the type of meal the staff “would eat themselves on a summer night”, Noma says.
Tickets are available on the Noma website at DKK 1,000 (€135) and are expected to sell out quickly.
