Philippine Airlines presents award to APG

The representation network APG has received a second consecutive annual award from the Philippine carrier for help in reaching its passenger and revenue goals.

APG Scandinavia & Baltics has been awarded with the Top Performer Award by Philippine Airlines, which the carrier uses to highlight what it considers the excellence of partners it thinks have demonstrated exceptional performance in the past calendar year.

This award recognizes a dedicated and successful campaign on behalf of Philippine Airlines.

APG has produced triple-digit increases in revenues for Philippine Airlines since 2017, the carrier claims, and this is the second consecutive year it has received the award.

“APG is an important partner for Philippine Airlines and they play a vital role in achieving our passenger and revenue goals. We are delighted to present this award to APG Scandinavia and Baltics for the second year running,” says Data Bernard Francis, SVP Commercial, Philippine Airlines.

Philippine Airlines operates a modern fleet of 97 aircraft via its hub at Manila’s Ninoy Aquino International Airport. It flies to 77 destinations worldwide.

“Receiving the Top Performer Award from Philippine Airlines is a testament to the hard work and dedication of my team and it makes me very proud. I could not be happier,” says Kees-Jan van der Velden, CEO, APG Scandinavia & Baltics.

Airline clients
APG has more than 100 offices working in more than 170 countries and partners with over 200 airline clients as a GSA airline representation network.

It offers not only representation but also interline e-ticketing solutions, fare filing, BSP support services as well as other airline distribution solutions, all aimed at maximizing an airline’s revenue potential.

With physical offices in Copenhagen, Stockholm and Tallinn, it says it offers extensive coverage of the Nordic and Baltic region.
