Qatar tourism’s new brand and domain name

Move unites corporate online presence and destination brand
Qatar Tourism Authority has launched a new corporate brand and domain name, a development that now unites its corporate online presence with the Qatar destination brand under the single domain name
“The launch of the corporate brand and subsequent domain change follow on from the unveiling of the Qatar Destination Brand and the Qatar Business Events brand late last year, which served to bolster the consistency of image and voice across all platforms,” a tourism authority spokesperson explained.
“The new domain name will be reflected in QTA’s email addresses and all websites managed by QTA, thereby placing the ultimate call to action at the forefront of all our online interactions.”
The authority has also launched the first phase of a new corporate website, granting the public and media more access to up-to-date information about its efforts to plan, regulate, promote and develop a sustainable tourism sector in Qatar.
And it is currently in the process of translating pages to make it available in various languages including German, French and Italian.
