SAS guide named one of best apps of 2011

Apple judges SAS Crew Guide one of best travel apps

When Scandinavian Airlines released its Crew Guide app, a destination guide to New York, it became a success and Apple named it App of the Week. Apple has now judged SAS Crew Guide to be one of Scandinavia’s best travel apps for 2011. The airline has since added two new destinations, Chicago and London. It can be downloaded free for iPhone and will soon be available for Android as well.
The app is based on a concept in which SAS flight staff share unique tips on destinations around the world, like the Crew Guide books.
