Shia LaBeouf spends month in Lapland

Hollywood star collaborates with museum in art project
A Hollywood star increasingly also known for his art projects is collaborating with Helsinki’s Kiasma museum, spending a month in a remote Finnish cabin and communicating only by text message via the museum.
The performance art exhibition, called #ALONETOGETHER, which started on April 12, sees Shia LaBeouf shacked up in a cabin in Lapland. His only communication with the outside world is via text message to the museum’s visitors.
Nastja Rönkkö and Luke Turner, two other members of the actor’s art collective, are isolated in separate cabins. Museum visitors can enter a mock-up of the cabins and send a text to LaBeouf, Rönkkö and Turner.
