Sabre prepares to offer suite of social media monitoring tools

TLabs Showcase a Spanish technology company, has built into its Spain-based hotel review analytics service ReviewPro a suite of social media monitoring tools into its existing Sabre marketing products for property owners. ReviewPro, which already makes checks on OTA review systems, will be accessible to 12,000 hotels in 60 countries. Specifically, the tools will monitor social networking to create a semantic analysis of online reviews and a guest satisfaction index for every property.
Online reputation management is “one of the biggest trends to impact the hotel industry in recent years”, according to Sabre.
