Starwood set to open major MICE hub

3,863-room Sheraton Macao Hotel is to appear on the city’s Cotai Strip

A huge new hotel will open in Macau in September – the 3,863-room, two-tower Sheraton Macao Hotel on the city’s Cotai Strip, forming part of a new integrated resort complex, Sands Cotai Central. It will be the biggest hotel in Macau and also the biggest property in Starwood’s global portfolio.
The hotel will have 20,000m² of meeting space, making it a major Asia hub for the MICE market. It will also boast a spa with three huge swimming pools and a number of restaurants.
