Strike may hit Danish charter-flight company

Thousands of Danish holidaymakers could suffer
Passenger operations of Danish airline Jet Time could be badly affected, hitting thousands of holidaymakers travelling on its charter flights, if its cabin crew go ahead with a work stoppage in the middle of summer.
The strike, announced to start from July 9, would come at just about the worst time. With large tour operators and agencies such as Star Tour, Spies and Apollo as customers, many Danes could be affected just as they are in the process of packing their suitcases.
Negotiations between Jet Time and its cabin union that have been in process since mid-January collapsed this week, with the effect that the airline has launched an emergency rescue plan.
