New deadline is now 17:00 on September 19

Tui Travel and Tui AG have been given an extension in order to finalise the proposed merger of two parts of one of Europe’s biggest tour operators.

Tui Travel and its German parent announced plans to merge earlier this summer. The original deadline was 17:00 on July 25, but this has now been extended to 17:00 on September 19.
