Travel firm offers exotic sounds to cure holiday blues

Phone in to hear Caribbean birdsong or Mediterranean waves
A travel company in the UK has come up with an inventive way of curing the holiday blues – operating a phone line that plays exotic sounds.
Oliver’s Travels, which offers luxury villas, now has a special number that customers can call if the winter chill gets too much for them.
The service offers tropical Caribbean bird sounds, crickets chirruping in Tuscany, a Moroccan market and Mediterranean waves lapping on the shore.
The company’s co-founder Oliver Bell described it as a “unique service to keep holiday memories alive”, London newspaper Metro reports.
