Travel include : buy a travel balm to massage on your pulse points; don’t forget a pair of earplugs; wear an eye mask when trying to sleep; do deep breathing exercises; stretch to help you relax; ease your worries about the flight by taking a long novel onboard; put a favourite cushion in your carry-on luggage; don’t drink alcohol; wear comfortable, airy shoes and take a change of underwear.
